Here you can download a copy of the required form to request recovery of deleted photos from your memory card or flash/thumb drive. Please read it carefully, print a copy, fill it out completely by hand, sign it and send it to me along with your payment method and your device. If you have trouble downloading the form by these methods just send me an email and I will send it to you as an email attachment. Or, I can also mail you a hard copy of the form.
Prices: $34.95 for at least 1 photo and up to the first 256MB of data recovered. $14.95 for each 128MB (or fraction thereof) of data recovered over the first 256MB. Sometimes a large amount of photographs are recovered, if this happens I will communicate with you for direction. Prices include return shipping and handling and a CD or DVD. If paying by check make the amount $34.95, I will bill you for any additional cost or refund the amount less shipping and handling if no recovery is made.
